Well, I am done with my project this year (unless something happens, that is and I make it to the next level, hope not), so I'll be able to be more active. Of course, the website has sort of... died... So does anyone have any suggestions for bringing it back to life? New plot? New something? Whatever ideas you have, feel free to post here~

Well... I dunno how much work this would take but maybe just like, a second version or something? I think about half the characters belong to inactive people... I don't know... But maybe starting a new site or something could help get new people since it would at least LOOK more active. Possibly a timeskip or some other plot thing? I dunno, that's just what I thought

Well, I've been checking in, but missed this thread. I'll put in my input. I have more insight than I used to in the slow death of this site, as a graphic Mod Elsewhere.
Considering the fact we have... -counts on fingers- about 5 people checking in on the c-box every now and then, we still have the possibility of a good roleplay, after all, I've done a good 2 person Roleplay once. Even then, I remember a time I managed to jump start this place, even if for a few days... but I think its better to start again... a V2 lets put it.
Making a new forum won't be a problem, getting it put together may take a bit though. So thats why I think all members of V1 (current) that come along should help put everything together as a potential staff team, after all, we need staff. Starting over would be good, but we CAN keep the same characters and roles. A new plot would be good, which we can have a staff board to discuss things like that. As long as Wolfeh gets to be evil.
We shall move all active character bios to the new site (to save time remaking them), or at least the ones we wish to re-use. I can make a few skins to make the site look more inviting, and possibly beg a few of my Laokian RPers to join. I can also advertise on proboards, and other sites if needed. I'd do more than you people think to bring this back. We had fun here, remember?
I'm not sure what else to say. The basic point of my post is, I say we start off fresh keeping whatever characters we wish to take with us. New forum with better organization, and a new plot.

I do agree that we need to revive this sight. I really do miss roleplaying on here. My roleplaying skills are kinda getting rusty as we speak.
A V.2 of this site might be just wat we need. Lord knows that most of our roleplayers put this site second over their everyday life. I for one have to because I will get ground(for more than a month) if I don't keep my grades up. Trust me school is not fun. A V.2 might be just what we need. Also we need to advertise more. Anywhere on the web would be great.
Okay, moving the bios over to V2 would be great but for future characters I think we need a more well more of a bio for them. Possibly something on their past and such that would make future roleplayers accually relise that this is somethng that takes time. Yes it's fun but like my EQ2 it takes devotion to full roleplay to it's highest potental.
I, personally, love this site. I have made better freinds on here then I have in real life. And plan on helping the place I found my peoples grow. Truthfully we don't even have to get a new site we could just wipe this one clean of all threads and everything and start over. We could start a new site though. Build it from scratch.
Those are my thoughts on this matter. The desion is truthfully shadowstar's though.

I like the new website idea, too. It might take sometime for me to make it, having computer problems and all, but when I do, I'll be sure to post a link to here and get you guys on there and make you staff and all that stuff before I really get started. And yes, we'll keep Wolfstar and his evilness.
And I'd rather have a new website than wipe out all the threads and memories and all that stuff. Looking back and stuff.
